The WPI Nuclear Reactor Facility is located in Washburn Shops, room WB112. You can visit the NRF anytime for a tour, as at least two staff members are always present during normal business hours. Personnel at the NRF can be reached at 508-831-5276. Please refer to our Staff Page to see a current listing of NRF personnel. You can also access other information about the Reactor Facility at our new site, the Nucleus.
For many people, however, the staff of the NRF understands that it can be difficult just to stop by for a tour. If you are a student at WPI, most likely your free time is very limited. If you do not attend WPI, chances are you are too far away to just stop by the NRF for a tour.
Because of these factors, a small tour of the NRF is available right here on the World Wide Web. The staff of the NRF hopes this on-line tour is informative and enjoyable for you.
