Community Outreach
The Assistive Technology Resource Center has an active Community Outreach program. The staff of the ATRC is available to provide speakers, programs and demonstrations about Disability Awareness and Assistive Technology to schools, youth groups, adult organizations and senior centers. We would be happy to arrange tours of the Rehabilitation Engineering Laboratory at WPI. Each summer the staff of the ATRC presents a one-day Disability Awareness workshop for middle school girls as part of WPI’s Camp REACH.
