Amputee Resource Center
ARC's goals are to:
  • provide information about starting and maintaining a peer support program,
  • feature materials that support group leaders could use to educate themselves about the "care and feeding" of a support group,
  • provide information and topics that might be shared with their members at meetings, in newsletters, or as information sheets,
  • provide a book list to help support groups build their libraries,
  • provide information on how to subscribe to amputee listservs, and
  • provide links to selected amputation-related websites
